This is basically the 'Basic Portal' code, for this one i've made a table for links/descriptions.
you could either use this for displaying all your sites, or several sites in a 'ring', or if you make some hidden boards, you can probably think of other uses.

The code:
Add this part to Main Header, red part is the inner table

the 'view forum' link (marked green) could be moved to one of the cells instead of being below the table, then you can add a description.
